Stress, Anxiety, & Depression

Stress, anxiety, and depression are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions we experience in life. Whether occasional or recurring, these feelings can be overwhelming, debilitating, or confusing. We can work with you to develop coping skills and tools, unlearn old behaviors, and identify new patterns to heal, reduce impact and timeframe, and prevent repeat occurrences.

 
 

Life Transitions

Moving on, starting something new, and losing someone or something are difficult. Through therapy, we can work through these transitions and feelings in a way that helps you navigate the many moving parts of your life.

 
 

Trauma

Many of us struggle with intergenerational, contemporaneous, vicarious, or interpersonal trauma. Anxiety, fear, hopelessness, powerlessness, or a sense of helplessness are just a few emotions that can provoke traumatic “flashback” events. However, while we know some of the traumatic symptoms, we don’t recognize most as traumatic. We can help you recognize, process, and manage with your trauma to help you heal.

Recalibrating roles, establishing boundaries, changing relationship goals, breaking up, getting married, or trying to create new familial patterns are stressful phases of interpersonal relationships. The “Other” Experience

We acknowledge BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community members’ experiences are beautiful and unique, but they can also feel burdensome and overwhelming when WE are made to feel like the “Other '' through everyday microaggressions, systemic injustice, and an overall lack of widespread education and understanding. We offer an opportunity for teaching and healing: to help you find the balance between awareness, celebration, empowerment and safety.

 
 

Concierge Solutions

 

Our Care Concierge Solutions (care coordination) consist of a suite of comprehensive, goal-oriented services and activities to assist clients with behavioral and emotional conditions and help them better manage their overall health with a focus on improving the “Whole Person.” With licensed professional oversight, our care concierges specialize in working to enhance their clients ongoing independence and quality of life. Through resource referrals and direct service linkage, we can assist with helping you navigate In Network/Out of Network providers and services; liaise and consult with hospitals and other facilities around admissions and discharges, coordinate long-term care guidance and planning (such as home care, environmental adaptations, and aspects of care/caregiving to name a few).

 
 

Community Solutions

 

Our Community Care Solutions utilize an array of traditional behavioral health tools and practices that have broad applicability—applying these to many of the common challenges nonprofits, managed-care organizations, educational systems, and government entities experience. We can assist with Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives, employee wellness and educational programming, behavioral/healthcare project management, research, social marketing, corporate social and political action initiatives, strategic planning, and supervision/training to name a few; talk with our community care team about how best we can partner or collaborate with a Corporate Needs Assessment, Individual Program Evaluation, or an Entity Development Analysis.
