We suggest a three-step process to get you started on your healing journey.

New Client Engagement
As a new client, we invite you to join us for a 15-minute, free-of-charge video call to speak with a psychotherapist about the changes you would like to see in your life. After you decide to work together, and based on their availability, we will then schedule your Initial Consultation.

Initial Consultation
An Initial Consultation is a 60-minute appointment where your therapist will delve deeper into your presenting concerns and background. Together, we will assist with setting your care goals and agree to how frequently you will meet for therapy sessions.

Healing Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions are 45-minute appointments where you will work with your therapist on the goals you outlined, and frequently check in to assess your progress. Therapy is active, and we will support you as you work on your goals between sessions. It's that simple!
Our rates
What happens if I can’t keep my appointment?
As we value your time and ours; and in order to best accommodate all of our clients, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Requests to reschedule or cancel an appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. An accountability fee of $50 will be charged if you are unable to keep your scheduled New Client Engagement appointment. Clients will be charged a fee equal to the full rate of their appointment if they do not notify us (phone, email, or text), or if a client attempts to reschedule or cancel after the 24-hour required notice.
Insurance Rates
Diverse Practice accepts insurance as an out-of-network provider. Out-of-network is a great option for people who want maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility. You can use the calculator below to request your out-of-network benefits and get detailed information about what you will pay. If you prefer to contact your insurer directly to inquire about your benefits, be sure to reference “out-of-network insurance coverage for outpatient mental health services”. Please note, if you have a deductible, you will need to meet it first before receiving reimbursement for your care. We will provide any required documentation.
Private Pay Rates
We accept all major credit cards and you may also be able to pay for services with your pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
No Surprise Billing
