The right amount of care at the right time.

Your entire being is at the center of our work.

Culturally Focused Care

Y(OUR) cultural experience(s) matter. In therapy, you shouldn't have to self-censor. You should feel comfortable talking about your family and their dynamics, the complexities of your identity and what’s impacting you—racism, social injustice, society standards and expectations of beauty, intimacy and relationships, body image, self-doubt, dreams, or anything else that’s preventing you from being your whole authentic self.

Evidence-based, “You” Focused Care

At Diverse Practice, you’ll work with our clinicians who will offer you real solutions using research-based interventions. With your commitment to doing the work, you can expect to gain new perspectives, learn new skills, and overcome internal roadblocks and barriers.

Short-Term, Time-Bound Care

Issue-driven, solution-focused! YOU took a big first step by reaching out to improve your overall well-being so you can live your life to the fullest. To achieve a satisfactory outcome, we will work with you utilizing our short-term 8-to-12-session therapeutic model of care. Your care may be extended past 12 sessions, depending on your individual needs and progress.

CareCollab™ Model

In collaboration with you and your therapist, your Care Concierge can assist with connecting you to additional resources and supports while being your partner in accountability and planning.
